Our fully tailored inclusive package ensures that there are no hidden extras and nothing is left to chance, and with assistance from our experienced Wedding Co-ordinator from the very beginning through to the very end we know you'll find Low Wood Bay the perfect place for your wedding celebration, from the civil ceremony to the grandest reception venue.

Conveniently situated next to St Oswald’s church the hotel is surrounded by superb views, ideal background for your wedding photography. We are licensed to carry out civil ceremonies and can accommodate weddings from two people to one hundred. There are a variety of options of where you can hold your wedding ceremony and reception, from our intimate garden room, perfect for smaller weddings, to our Conservatory, Coleridge Suite or brand new Signature Restaurant. On Summer days you could even be married in our new outdoor Gazebo. If you would prefer a church ceremony or blessing then St. Oswalds is next door and offers a traditional or candle lit ceremonies.

Each room licensed to hold civil ceremonies has its own unique charm from the magnificent baronial hall or lakeside gazebo to the tranquil piano lounge. Our restaurant can seat up to 120 guests, whereas the Oak room and small sitting room are available for more intimate celebrations of up to 36.
